1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdjl platform and all services included within it. In this document, "bdjl", "platform", "we", "our" or "service" refers to the bdjlcom.cam website and its associated mobile applications. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered person who uses this platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all bdjl products and services — including slot games, live casino, sports betting, cricket betting and all other types of gaming activity. Our Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines are also considered an integral part of these terms.

1.2 Age Requirement

The minimum age to participate on the bdjl platform is 21 years. If anyone opens an account or uses the service while under 21 years of age, bdjl reserves the right to close that account immediately and hold any balance. Proof of identity may be requested at any time for age verification.

1.3 Geographic Restrictions

bdjl operates primarily for users in Bangladesh. Access from certain regions may be restricted or prohibited. It is entirely the user's responsibility to confirm whether online gaming is legal under the laws of their own area.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bdjl, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• The account must be created in the user's own name and identity — not on behalf of someone else.
• The bank account or mobile banking number used must belong to the user.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdjl may request the necessary documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Generally, a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence is accepted. bdjl has the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Single Account Use

If multiple people in the same household have multiple accounts, bdjl will determine through investigation whether bonus or promotional benefits apply separately to each person. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the full security of their account. Passwords and login details must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

3.1 Suspicious Activity

If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed on an account, the user must immediately notify the bdjl support team. bdjl reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts that pose a security risk.

3.2 Login Security

OTP-based verification may be used when logging in to bdjl. It is the user's responsibility to keep their registered mobile number or email active.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on bdjl is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposited funds must come from the user's own account — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdjl offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning in the above example ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

A bonus can only be claimed once and one bonus per account is permitted. Attempting to withdraw the balance before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled. bdjl reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, bdjl may offer various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own conditions, which will be published alongside that offer. These general terms and conditions remain applicable to all promotions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a technical error occurs or an event is cancelled by the game provider, bdjl may cancel the bet and return the funds.

6.2 Incomplete Events

In sports betting, if a match or event is suspended or cancelled midway, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with bdjl's policies. Generally, if a specified number of overs or periods have not been completed, the bet may be considered void.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to server downtime, loss of internet connection or any other technical issue, bdjl will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution. However, bdjl is not responsible for losses caused by the user's own connection problems.

7 VIP Program

bdjl's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback on net weekly losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss, which is total losses for the week minus total winnings. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Regular and active play is required to advance to higher tiers; where specific turnover thresholds apply, these will be communicated separately.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjl platform:

• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using any software, bots or automation tools to operate games.
• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the gaming system.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
• Conducting transactions while concealing one's identity or providing false information.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

9.1 Suspension by bdjl

bdjl reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is observed.
• If a review is required for financial security reasons.

9.2 Account Closure by the User

A user who wishes to close their own account may apply through the support team. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. 10 Limitation of Liability

bdjl always works to ensure the quality of its service. However, bdjl's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Disruption to games caused by the user's own device or internet connection issues.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment service providers.
• Service interruption due to unforeseen natural disasters or government decisions.
• Errors or changes in the game provider's software.

In no circumstances will bdjl's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.

11 Intellectual Property and Content

All content published on the bdjl platform — logos, graphics, text, software and designs — is covered by bdjl's intellectual property rights. No user may copy, distribute or use this content commercially without prior permission.

If a user submits any information, comments or images to the platform, bdjl is considered to have been granted the right to use that content.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

bdjl reserves the right to change, revise or update these terms and conditions at any time. If any significant change is made, users will be notified in advance via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after a change is considered acceptance of the new terms.
